Emails sent to a personal email address that should be processed by a group can be rerouted or forwarded via the Clerk module.
Adjust the rules to your needs. In this example, forwarding is only implemented if external emails are received, since internal emails (between colleagues) are not supposed to be rerouted.
The sender of the original email will not be notified, since the recipient is not absent, but the email is to be forwarded to a group for processing.
