Problem
In iQ.Suite WebClient, different statistical widgets can be displayed in the cockpit module. To display this information, the corresponding data must first be collected in a databank (g_statistics.nsf).
During the installation of iQ.Suite, especially in multiple server environments, an individual statistic databank is created for each server and the corresponding server data is collected in it.
However, to aggregate the data, all data must be present in one single statistical databank (g_statistics.nsf).
Solution
Replicating the databanks
If iQ.Suite is installed on multiple servers and statistics from these servers are to be displayed in the iQ.Suite WebClient cockpit, all data in the statistical databanks (g_statistics.nsf) must be replicated.
Alternative:
Should you prefer not to use this iQ.Suite WebClient Cockpit feature, data collection may be halted with the global parameter ToolKit_DisableStatisticsDB.
ToolKit_DisableStatisticsDB=YES
Possible values: YES, NO. Default: NO.
