iQ.Suite – AvPack License – Issue from December 7, 2025
Problem:
In some older iQ.Suite versions, as well as in discontinued versions, the license for the unpacker (avpack.key) had expired.
Solution:
Update iQ.Suite to current, supported versions (GBS Portal)
GBS Support has provided a solution or workaround for affected customers with supported iQ.Suite versions.
iQ.Suite SASI Daemon Docker Image
As of iQ.Suite for Microsoft Exchange 21.1, a new SASI Daemon Engine is integrated in addition to the previous Sophos Anti Spam Engine. Therefor a Docker image is needed. (Support for the previous Sophos SASI Engine ends on September 1, 2024.)
The iQ.Suite SASI Daemon Docker Image is available via Docker Hub.

OutsideIn-Patch 8.5.8 HF23370
Included are all patches up to and including Oracle Critical Patch Update January 2026.
Procedure for installing the OutsideIn patch:
- Backup the “oit” directory under %execdir% (Windows) or %sharedexecdir% (Unix)of iQ.Suite.
- If you are not sure where the directory of your installation is located, check the parameter Toolkit_ExecDir or Toolkit_SharedExecDir in the notes.ini file of your server.
- Also see the “List of Files and Directions” section of the installation guide on our documentation.
- After the backup, remove all files in the “oit” directory.
- Copy all files from the OutsideIn patch into the directory. Make sure that the Domino Unix user has access to the files.
