iQ.Suite Watchdog – Avira APC wrongly reports “Suspicious code found”

Problem

The Avira Scan Engine in iQ.Suite Watchdog with enabled APC option has classified some files as malware (return value 402: “Suspicious code found”), although the APC check had reported these files as clean.

This affects only those iQ.Suite customers who also use the Avira APC option.

Solution

As a workaround and a fast solution, you can import a new tk_savapi2.dll.
